Backed by a substantial multi-year investment pipeline, we are seeking a Senior Capital Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of highly complex, high-specification research and laboratory infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value capital projects focusing on specialist research labs and highly controlled environments.
- Oversights complex MEP installations, including critical air handling, specialized filtration, and precise environmental control systems.
- Navigate and collaborate with world-leading academic researchers and multi-layered institutional stakeholders.
- Ensure all builds comply with rigorous statutory regulations, health and safety frameworks, and exacting user requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record delivering complex capital projects within heavily regulated, live operational environments (e.g., Higher Education, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharma).
- Strong technical familiarity with the infrastructure requirements of complex scientific facilities, cleanrooms, or containment frameworks.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams and navigate intricate stakeholder structures to align technical delivery with operational needs.
