This is a newly important role for an experienced workforce planning professional who can combine strategic thinking, advanced analytics and strong stakeholder management to help us meet both our immediate and longer-term resourcing needs.
As Workforce Planning Manager, you'll lead the development of workforce plans across Lloyds Wealth, ensuring we have the right number of advisers and client services colleagues, with the right skills, to meet changing client and business needs. You’ll analyse workforce trends, forecast future staffing requirements and turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. Your work will support decisions around capacity, productivity, recruitment, role design and resource allocation, helping the business maintain high standards of client service while operating efficiently.
Working closely with the Client Office Leadership Team, the People function, Finance and other key stakeholders, you'll align workforce strategy with the wider direction of the business. You’ll help identify gaps between current capability and future demand, then develop practical plans to address them. You’ll also lead the ongoing development of workforce planning tools, reporting and performance measures. This will include working with internal teams and external providers to ensure our systems and forecasting approaches remain effective, relevant and fit for the future. This is a highly collaborative role requiring the confidence to challenge constructively, influence senior stakeholders and coordinate activity across different teams.

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, resource management or a closely related role.
- Experience developing workforce plans, performance measures and management information.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting workforce data, identifying trends and forecasting future resource requirements.
- The ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations, reports and presentations for different audiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to guide, influence and constructively challenge senior colleagues.
- Strong project management and organisational change experience.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to identifying and resolving workforce challenges.
- An understanding of budgeting and financial planning in relation to staffing and resource allocation.
- Experience in wealth management, financial advice or client services would be highly desirable.
