Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Management: Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and overall hotel revenue. Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for rooms revenue and demand. Analyse market trends, competitor behaviour, and performance indicators. Conduct regular revenue meetings and present performance insights and recommendations to leadership. Manage segmentation mix to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Distribution & Channel Management: Oversee all online and offline distribution channels, including brand website, OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, and direct sales partners. Maintain rate parity and ensure consistent content, imagery, and messaging across all channels. Build and optimise relationships with OTA account managers and third-party platforms. Manage channel connectivity, availability, and restrictions through the property’s CRS, PMS, and channel manager.
  • Systems & Reporting: Maintain configuration, accuracy, and performance of revenue-related systems (PMS, CRS, Channel Manager). Generate, analyse, and share reports to support strategic decision-making. Track pace, pickup, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, distribution costs, and other KPIs.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution. Support promotional activities, packages, and seasonal campaigns through data-backed insights. Train and support front-of-house and reservations teams on best practices for upselling, and yield awareness.
