Hotel Gotham Bristol is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the pre-opening phase of our first luxury five-star lifestyle hotel. You will build and oversee the signature restaurant, managing service from breakfast through dinner, as well as private dining, meetings and events.
Working with the leadership team, you will recruit and develop a high-performing food and beverage team, set standards, and train staff to deliver the Gotham five-star experience from day one.
