Requirements

  • The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties

  • Ensuring all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
  • Ensuring a high degree of guest care, whilst consistently aiming by set criteria to meet the Financial and Business objectives.
  • To act on behalf of the General Manager in their absence.
  • To carry out quality training and coaching in a systematic and professional manner.
  • Monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.
  • Ensure the Company Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH legislations are adhered to; this will involve action and appropriate training.
  • To carry out the departmental welcome induction to the set company standard.
  • Complete performance reviews in line with Company policy and ensure agreed objectives are set.
