We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as a Maintenance Manager. Need a proven track record in a similar job within the hospitality industry or estate management.
Essential: either plumbing or electrical skills. No need to be certified, but a hands-on attitude and willingness to learn. This is strictly a living-in position with accommodation provided. No utility bills, no Council tax. Breakfast and dinner provided. Unfortunately, the company is currently unable to offer Skilled Visa Sponsorships.

Requirements
The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure both internal and external maintenance work is carried out in line with the required standards.
- Delivering KPI improvements in line with agreed standard operating procedures, always working to reduce environmental impact.
- Schedule the team in line with planned and routine activities to deliver optimal levels of productivity.
- Maintain effective planning and checking of daily, weekly and monthly periodic activity.
- You will be required to take the lead on health and safety matters along with being responsible for managing security arrangements throughout the hotel.
