Requirements: The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 2-3 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
- Liaise with the Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping department regarding both internal and external maintenance.
- To comply with all statutory and Company regulations relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire safety and security of the premises and property.
- Ensure that proactive and reactive day to day maintenance work is carried out to the required standards.
- Assist with ensuring that the maintenance work remains in budget and causes little disruption to guests.
