We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our SIREN restaurant and FIRE bar operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering refined, five-star hospitality standards while driving team engagement, operational excellence, and commercial performance.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the full food and beverage operation across our fine dining restaurant and busy city centre bar. You will lead, inspire, and develop your teams to deliver elegant, attentive, and seamless guest experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will be accountable for service delivery, team performance, guest satisfaction, and ensuring every touchpoint of the guest journey exceeds expectations. This role will also entail overseeing our events including what is to come in our second phase beginning towards the end of 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, motivate, and develop the food and beverage management and team to consistently deliver exceptional service standards.
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with company values.
    • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews to support individual growth and succession planning.
    • Empower team members to confidently manage guest feedback, resolving concerns professionally and proactively.
    • Ensure effective communication between restaurant, bar, kitchen, and senior leadership teams.
  • Guest Experience & Service Excellence
    • Ensure a warm, polished, and professional welcome for all guests.
    • Maintain impeccable five-star service standards across all food and beverage areas.
    • Oversee service flow to ensure precision, poise, and seamless execution.
    • Drive a personalized and memorable guest journey, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
    • Maintain a strong visible presence on the floor during service to monitor quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Management
    • Ensure all departments consistently meet established service, product, and hospitality standards.
    • Oversee SOPs in all Food and Beverage areas.
    • Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures, stock control, inventory, and cost management.
    • Support our events team with private dining, special events, and bespoke guest experiences.
    • Ensure accurate billing procedures and effective use of POS systems.
  • Product & Commercial Awareness
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, seasonal offerings, allergens, dietary requirements, and wine pairings.
    • Work closely with culinary and bar teams to enhance product offerings and guest engagement.
    • Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
    • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and departmental KPIs to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance
    • Ensure company and legal standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety are maintained across all food and beverage areas.
    • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and hotel policies.
    • Monitor maintenance and safety issues and address them promptly.
    • Uphold impeccable grooming and presentation standards across the team.
