The Ideal Individual
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a bar tender in a hotel or restaurant, preferably within a luxury environment.
You should be experienced in delivering food & beverage service with a flair for excellence, demonstrating a passion for outstanding guest experiences.
You should possess the ability to motivate, inspire colleagues, and engage with the team, as well as an eye for detail and the capacity to prioritise with a positive demeanour.
- Role Responsibilities
- Ensure standards are maintained in compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Be fully aware of the day’s operations, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Management team.
- Communicate effectively across all departments to guarantee a warm welcome and smooth guest journey.
- Co‑ordinate daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house restaurant operations.
- Maintain a high standard of restaurant presentation, ensuring tables are set for service and guests are engaged upon entry.
- Maintain a presence on the floor to assist guests and support colleagues.
- Ensure an excellent last impression for every one of our guests.
