Requirements:
The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard, and complies with food safety regulations.
- Supervising, training and motivating the team to achieve the highest standards.
- Actively involved in menu planning, compilation and ordering in addition to ensuring that departmental budgets are controlled.
- Ensuring high standards of quality control, handling and storage of commodities to current legislation.
- Actively ensuring that dishes are produced to a consistent high standard.
