Requirements
- As a Reception Manager you will be expected to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered to our guests.
- Understand the impact of effective cost control while undertaking the role.
- Ensure that a good level of product and local knowledge for guests when requested.
- Ensure cooperation and compliance with all legislation relevant to your role in the business.
- Ensure that Learning and Development is undertaken to enable you to fulfil your job role.
- The ideal person will have at least 1 years' experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include
- Ensuring efficient friendly service is offered when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk and handling telephone enquiries effectively.
- Ensure all staff are fully aware of the booking procedures to maximise the sale and revenue in the hotel.
- Co-operating with all departments in the hotel to ensure the correct reports and information are provided on request.
- Ensure the front desk is kept presentable and manned at all times.
- Demonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and the local area.
- You and your team will be responsible for maximising room revenues in line with the Company standards.
