Requirements: The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with guest queries & requests
- Act as the first point of contact for all guests
- Book transport for guests
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests
- Assisting with guest luggage
