Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Sous Chef to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar role, and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
You'll be responsible for ensuring high standards in the preparation and presentation of food, supervising and developing the team, and contributing to menu planning and budgeting while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
