Requirements: The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
The daily duties shall include:
- Assisting in the general daily food service of food and beverage in the restaurants.
- Working to the required service standards as per SOPs within the daily service operations of the restaurant and brasserie.
- Upholding the levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the brasserie and restaurant on a daily basis.
- Arriving at your place of work in a neat and presentable state so as to uphold the standards required.
- Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager and Supervisors in setting and keeping operations standards in the brasserie and restaurant at a consistently high level whilst on duty.
- Liaising with guests in a friendly and professional manner so as to make them feel welcome at all times and to provide the best and most attentive service to all guests at all times.
- Your areas of work during your shift will include service of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner in the brasserie or restaurant and any events throughout the hotel and/or grounds.
- Complying with any other reasonable request made by the Food and Beverage Manager or Supervisors or other senior members of staff in the course of your shift.
