Position Overview
Restaurant Waiter / Waitress in La Brasserie, our 2‑AA Rosette restaurant and cocktail bar at the heart of the hotel.
Roles can be Monday to Friday, Evening or Weekend – flexible days and shifts are offered.

Duties
- Delivering food and beverage to our guests from the restaurant or room service.
- Liaising with the Kitchen team to ensure swift service and correct orders.
- Assisting the restaurant teams in completing set‑up tasks to ensure deadlines are met and that the restaurant is ready for service.
- Building a rapport with our guests ensuring 5‑star service is delivered.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar position and will be able to deliver consistent service to our guests. We offer excellent training for those with no experience but a strong work ethic.
