Requirements:

  • The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
  • Basic maintenance skills with the ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • The role includes working one weekend per month.

Duties will include:

  • Liaise with the Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping department regarding both internal and external maintenance.
  • To comply with all statutory and Company regulations relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire safety and security of the premises and property.
  • Ensure that proactive and reactive day to day maintenance work is carried out to the required standards.
  • Assist with ensuring that the maintenance work remains in budget and causes little disruption to guests.
  • Painting tasks including preparing surfaces - cleaning, sanding, filling and painting to a high standard.
