Do you have exceptional customer service, and creating unforgettable experiences? We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Part-Time Wedding Coordinator to join our Sales Team at the iconic Lumley Castle Hotel.

As a Wedding Coordinator, you play a key role in helping couples plan their special day, guiding them through every stage of their wedding journey and ensuring their fairytale castle wedding becomes a reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing wedding enquiries and conducting venue show rounds.
• Building relationships with couples and assisting with planning their wedding day.
• Creating and issuing quotes and contracts.
• Coordinating wedding details with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintaining regular communication with couples throughout the planning process.
• Supporting the Sales Team in achieving wedding revenue targets.
• Attending wedding fairs, open days, and promotional events as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, weddings, or sales would be preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A confident and professional manner with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Hours:
