We are actively recruiting for experienced bartenders to join the La Brasserie team. Roles vary with a variety of shift options. Opening onto busy Eastgate Street, our vibrant restaurant serves our guests seven days a week and offers a range of dining experiences from the A La Carte, Plat du Jour, Dine and Chill and Light Bites menus.
You will be immaculately presented and well-spoken with a solid background working within high profile cocktail bars as the Bartender/Head Bartender. You will have a full and thorough knowledge of both classic and contemporary cocktails and wines. You will ensure the seamless running of the bar by providing a cheerful, confident and efficient service to our guests, with an observant eye for requirements and detail.
We anticipate that you will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry or fine dining restaurant for a minimum of 12 months – 2 years. To have what it takes, you must be an enthusiastic individual who will complement the existing proficient team in La Brasserie. You will have a passion for giving exceptional service and ensure that the guest experience at The Chester Grosvenor is always 5 star.
