Hotel Gotham Newcastle is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead and embody luxury service at one of the city’s premier bars.

You will oversee bar operations for the main area, private lounge, and support beverage operations in Siren, the fine-dining restaurant.

As a hands-on, guest-facing leader, you will mentor the team, curate cocktail menus, manage stock and costs, and uphold the venue’s five-star prestige through exceptional drinks and personalised service.
