Requirements

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Senior Spa Therapist to lead our spa team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented therapist who enjoys delivering exceptional treatments while taking responsibility for the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the spa. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a senior therapist position or be an experienced therapist ready to progress into a leadership role. You will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, a passion for outstanding guest care and the ability to motivate and support your colleagues.

Duties will include:

  • Deliver exceptional treatments and consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Support and guide the spa therapy team, ensuring excellent treatment standards are maintained.
  • Assist with the induction, coaching and ongoing development of therapists.
  • Help oversee the daily operation of the spa, ensuring treatment rooms, equipment and guest areas are presented to the highest standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stock ordering and inventory control.
  • Promote and recommend TEMPLESPA retail products, helping to achieve retail and treatment revenue targets.
  • Ensure all health & safety procedures, hygiene standards and company policies are followed.
  • Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience and support the continued success of the spa.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a luxury spa environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for health and wellbeing. Experience working with TEMPLESPA products would be an advantage, although full brand training will be provided. Ongoing professional development and opportunities to attend TEMPLESPA training courses will also be available.
