We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Restaurant Manager. The role of Restaurant Manager is to oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant operation and all of its services.
- Lead and manage Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Deliver excellent guest service, handling feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Maintain and monitor company service standards, procedures, and checklists at all times.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage the performance of the restaurant team, including inductions and 1:1s.
- Ensure all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Fire Safety, COSHH and Licensing Law requirements are met.
- Plan and manage staff rotas, forecasts, and departmental budgets in line with business needs.
- Control costs through effective stock management, ordering, storage, and waste reduction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personal hygiene across the team.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments and attend operational meetings as required.
- Carry out Duty Manager shifts and undertake personal development as agreed with Line Manager.
