The Role

We currently have an amazing opportunity to join our Concierge Team as a Part‑time Concierge covering both day and night shifts as required during busy periods. The successful candidate will have sole responsibility for the safety and security of guests and the hotel during the night. We are looking for someone flexible, able to cover both day and night shifts, passionate about hospitality, reliable, willing to learn, over 25 years old, with a full clean UK driving licence.

Duties:

  • Complete statutory fire and security checks on day and night shifts.
  • Provide room service, preparing and serving food to company standards (night shift).
  • Complete daily hand‑over procedures efficiently and responsibly.
  • Ensure all corridors are clear; fire extinguishers and fire doors are secure while conducting safety floor checks during the night.
  • Security of building and guests.
  • Serve drinks in the bar.
  • Keep all public areas clean and tidy throughout the day and night.
  • Answer internal and external calls professionally.
  • Check in late‑arriving guests (night shift).
