We are looking for someone who is hard working and able to work both alone and as part of a team, they are reliable and have the ability to work in a fast paced kitchen.

Key responsibilities to include:

  • Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.
  • Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties are collated.
  • Dispose of rubbish into an area outlined by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy.
  • Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Aid the Chefs when necessary.
