Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance with company policies, safeguarding funds and property, and ensuring smooth customer flow at the registers.
  • Oversee the overall execution of operations and Receiving SOPS, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
  • Collaborate with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), setting a leadership example for customers and associates.
  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
  • Assist with other store operations areas as needed and communicate effectively with District and Regional Management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an off‑price, big‑box, specialty, or medium‑to‑large multi‑unit retail organization.
  • Flexible schedule; available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
  • Travel may be required from time to time.
