Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance with company policies, safeguarding funds and property, and ensuring smooth customer flow at the registers.
- Oversee the overall execution of operations and Receiving SOPS, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
- Collaborate with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), setting a leadership example for customers and associates.
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
- Assist with other store operations areas as needed and communicate effectively with District and Regional Management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an off‑price, big‑box, specialty, or medium‑to‑large multi‑unit retail organization.
- Flexible schedule; available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
- Travel may be required from time to time.
