- Coordinating care packages from start to finish, assessment and placing, and ongoing support.
- Being a friendly, reassuring voice on the phone when carers or clients need advice, reassurance, or a quick fix.

You’ll be great at this role if:
- You are super organised, and secretly love a checklist.
- Can communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently.
- Stay calm when plans change, because sometimes they will.
- Have experience in care coordination, social care, or a similar role; bonus if it has been for live-in care.

- A role that genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives.
- Supportive team, who have your back.
- Training and development opportunities.
- A job where no two days are the same.
- The satisfaction of knowing you keep the show running.
The role requires professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to high-quality care. It does come with laughs, plenty of gratitude, and moments you will think, yes, this is why I do this job.
