Supervisions, appraisals, coaching, and the first-level performance conversations.* **Quality, safeguarding and CQC:** Quality audits and oversight of care plans and risk assessments. Safeguarding, complaints and incidents, and keeping both offices ready for inspection.* **Rotas and continuity:** Oversight of rotas, staffing and capacity across both offices, so the people we support see familiar faces.* **Meeting the people we support:** Getting out to do assessments and meet the people we support and their families, so you know the people behind the care plans.#### ****Essential requirements:***** Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, as a minimum* At least two years in a supervisory, senior or management role in care* Experience managing care staff: supervisions, rotas and performance* A working knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding* Right to work in the UK* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car#### ****It would help if you have:****A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or you’re working towards one.You don’t need to be a Registered Manager already.
