- - has expertise in leading a core curriculumsubject, with a strong understanding of curriculum design, implementation andimprovement.
- - has significant knowledge and experience ofinclusion, with a proven track record of improving outcomes for vulnerablepupils and those with SEND.
- - can demonstrate strong understanding ofinclusive strategy and provision, ensuring every child receives the supportthey need to succeed academically, socially and emotionally.
- - has experience as a DSL or Deputy DSL, withexcellent safeguarding knowledge and an unwavering commitment to keepingchildren safe.
- - has the confidence, resilience andorganisational skills to support the day-to-day leadership and management of the school.
- - has a strong understanding of the widercurriculum and can support leaders in developing a rich, ambitious andinclusive curriculum.
- - has experience of quality assurance, usingmonitoring, evaluation and evidence to drive continuous improvement.
- - is skilled in coaching, mentoring and developingstaff, and can lead high-quality professional development that buildsconfidence, expertise and leadership capacity whilst fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning and improvement.
- - is an exceptional role model who leads withkindness, integrity, compassion and professionalism.
- - builds positive relationships with children,families, staff, governors and the wider community.
- - shares our belief that every child can succeedand is committed to securing the very best outcomes for all learners.
- - has the energy, ambition and drive to help leadthe next stage of our school's journey while maintaining a strong focus onstaff wellbeing.
