As a Golf Services Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of the action – making every guest feel like a VIP, keeping our Pro Shop buzzing, and helping deliver an unbeatable golf experience. If you’re passionate about people, sport, and great service, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same – but here’s what you can expect:

Be the face of Hoebridge: Work in the Pro Shop to give every member and guest a warm welcome with genuine enthusiasm and great conversation.

Keep things running smoothly: Handle bookings, manage the tee sheet, upsell retail items and make sure golfers are ready to hit the course.

Boost the buzz in the Pro Shop: Share your product knowledge, help customers find exactly what they need, and drive retail sales with confidence and flair.

Keep our kit in top shape: Help maintain our buggy and trolley fleet, and carry out golf club repairs.

Stay sharp and safe: Follow all company policies, complete training, and keep health and safety top of mind.
