Food and Beverage Assistants at Birchwood Park Golf Club in Wilmington, Dartford. This is a part-time and full-time permanent role with a salary starting from £8.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Set-up, maintenance, and operation of the food and beverage department.
• Assisting and serving customers with food and beverage orders, ensuring excellent service and maximizing sales.
• Working in a team to ensure customer satisfaction and high standards.
• Greeting customers, offering menus, informing about specials, and answering questions.
• Upselling menu items such as appetizers, desserts, drinks, and wine.
• Completing opening and closing procedures.

• Follow company policies on attendance, dress code, and safety.
• Work closely with Supervisors to ensure quality service.
