About Us

Ninja Leisure is a division of Burhill Group, operating 10 golf clubs, 15 social venues, and 5 ninja courses across the UK, including Swansea. The Swansea venue features 6 ninja courses with warped walls, inflatable courses, battle beams, climbing walls, slides, and a café. We host various parties, from kids' celebrations to corporate events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery and development of all aspects of Swansea operations, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maximize revenue through upselling retail products and food & beverage offerings.
  • Develop, nurture, and retain the Swansea team members.
  • Ensure the long-term success of the division by guiding all elements to the highest standards, establishing Swansea as a premier family leisure destination.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Duty Manager or Deputy Manager (essential).
  • Operational site management experience (essential).
  • Financial experience with P&L (desired).
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing (desirable).

The candidate will need to complete an Enhanced DBS Check.
