If you enjoy delivering great customer experiences and thrive in a busy, people-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming members and guests with a warm, friendly greeting
- Managing golf bookings and helping organise the tee sheet
- Assisting customers with retail purchases and recommending products
- Keeping the Pro Shop looking great and fully stocked
- Supporting the upkeep of buggies and trolley fleets
- Helping with basic club repairs
- Opening and closing the Pro Shop when required
- Working closely with the Head Professional and wider team to keep everything running smoothly
