We are looking to recruit a passionate Personal Trainer who can deliver outstanding customer service, provide motivation to our members and complement our excellent gym team. The Gym at Hoebridge is proud of its intimate and friendly atmosphere, which is largely created by our Personal Trainers. We are therefore looking for a versatile Personal Trainer who can engage with members, build a successful client base, deliver group exercise classes, give inductions, and prescribe gym programmes.

Duties
  • Supervise all areas of the gym including reception, studio, gym floor and changing facilities to maintain a high standard of operation & cleanliness.
  • Deliver group fitness classes to Health Club members.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels.
  • Design personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals.
  • Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed.
  • Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Experience
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer or Level 2 Fitness Instructor with Personal Training course due for completion within 3 months.
  • Group indoor cycling certified (preferred).
Contract

18 hours (3x6 hour shifts). Including one weekend shift a week. Additional Personal Training and Group Classes Commission.
