About The Role
Love being outdoors? Enjoy hands-on work? Fancy driving a Kubota while keeping golfers happy? We’ve got the perfect role for you. At Hoebridge, we’re on the lookout for a Ball Collector to help keep our driving range running smoothly and looking great for our members and guests. You’ll be a key part of what makes us the area’s go-to family-friendly golf and leisure destination.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collecting golf balls from the range outfield using our RTV Kubota with ball-picking attachment
- Running balls through the washer and return system (clean balls = happy golfers)
- Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly checks and maintenance on equipment
- Using your initiative to hunt down balls in those hard-to-reach spots
- Keeping the ball machine area tidy and organised
- Making sure the range is fully stocked with balls before you finish your shift
- Working closely with the Course Manager and Driving Range team to keep everything flowing
What Success Looks Like
You’ll shine in this role if you:
- Members and guests leave happy (hello, great Net Promoter Scores)
- Managers know they can rely on you
- The driving range is always stocked, clean, and ready to go
The Reality Check
This is an outdoor role, so you’ll be working in all kinds of weather. You’ll be on your feet, and working outside most of the shift (Perfect if you prefer fresh air over four walls!)
