As our Insights Analyst, data won't just sit in reports, it will help drive decisions across the business. Sitting at the heart of our marketing and commercial teams, this role plays a vital part in understanding how customers discover, engage with and return to BGL.
From maintaining and developing our Marketing Scorecards to tracking performance across the customer growth loop, this role will help bring clarity to what is working, where opportunities exist and what should happen next. Customer, market and campaign data will be transformed into meaningful insights that inform brand strategy, proposition development and commercial decision-making across the portfolio.
Working closely with Brand, CRM, Acquisition, Commercial and Technology teams, the role will help create a consistent view of performance across the business. Tracking customer lifetime value, identifying trends and supporting leadership reporting will all play an important part in helping BGL make smarter, insight-led decisions.
Collaboration is key. Working with agency partners, evolving AI-powered analysis tools and internal stakeholders, the role will help uncover new opportunities, highlight investment needs and make insight more accessible across the organisation.
