Burhill Golf Club is a prestigious, historic venue with a modern mindset and we are looking for a Club Director to lead our team, delight our members and guests, and shape the future of one of the UK’s most respected golf destinations.
As Club Director, you will have overall responsibility for leading the venue, the people and the performance. You will build and inspire a high-performing leadership team, turn strategy into action, and ensure every guest experience reflects our brand and values. You will balance commercial thinking with people-first leadership, using data, feedback and innovation to drive standards, growth and continuous improvement, all while protecting what makes Burhill special.
A critical part of the role will be leading the expansion and development of capital projects to evolve Burhill into becoming one of the UK's leading Golf & Leisure destinations.
