We are looking for a Campaign Performance Planner to help bring our acquisition strategy to life and connect more people with the experiences that make BGL special.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves turning great ideas into brilliantly executed campaigns. Sitting at the heart of our marketing team, the role plays a key part in making sure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, across our diverse portfolio of golf, leisure, fitness and entertainment venues.
From mapping out campaign activity and coordinating media plans to keeping projects moving and budgets on track, this role is all about making things happen. Working across multiple venues, audiences and channels, there will always be a new campaign to launch, a new audience to engage or a new opportunity to maximise performance.
Success comes from balancing creativity with organisation. One day might involve briefing agencies and coordinating campaign assets, while another could be spent reviewing performance data, spotting trends and identifying ways to make future campaigns work even harder. Every campaign delivered will play a part in helping more people discover, experience and enjoy everything BGL has to offer.
Working closely with colleagues across brand, creative, content and acquisition, the role acts as the connector that keeps campaigns moving from concept to launch, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget and with maximum impact.
