- Deliver outstanding service at the bar and with table service to our range bays
- Welcome our guests and manage their bookings at our driving range reception
- Support customers with Trackman technology – offering advice and troubleshooting when needed
- Ensure the safety of all guests using the driving range and compliance with range ball policies
- Monitor and maintain top-quality hire clubs and range balls – removing any damaged equipment
- Open and close the driving range with professionalism and care
- Uphold and enforce BGL’s company policies and procedures, including food hygiene, alcohol service, stock control, and health
