Ninja Warrior UK Southampton is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as General Assistants. This role involves hosting birthday parties, welcoming guests at reception, serving food and drinks in our café, and helping guests conquer our Ninja Warrior obstacle course and giant inflatable park. What You’ll Be Doing
- Party Host: Deliver amazing birthday parties and group events. Lead activities and engage with children and families. Serve party food and ensure celebrations run smoothly. Create unforgettable experiences from arrival to departure.
- Reception: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check customers in and assist with bookings. Answer telephone and email enquiries. Process payments and promote memberships, events and merchandise.
- Court Marshal: Supervise activity areas and obstacle courses. Deliver safety briefings. Encourage participation and help guests have fun safely. Monitor equipment and maintain excellent safety standards.
- Café Team: Prepare and serve food and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards. Deliver excellent customer service. Support busy service periods.
