We are seeking a creative, organised, and results‑driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage and deliver engaging social media activity across multiple platforms. This role will focus on planning, creating, and optimising paid social campaigns, producing high‑quality visual content, and supporting wider marketing initiatives across digital and print. The ideal candidate will be confident managing campaigns end to end, highly detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

- You are a confident and proactive social media professional with a strong creative eye and a passion for digital marketing.

- Strong experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

Essential Experience & Skills

- Ability to support with artwork creation using Adobe Suite for online and offline marketing requests.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, create, and execute paid social media campaigns, with a focus on strong visuals, compelling copy, and clear calls to action.
- Manage and optimise campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, including targeting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Create and adapt visual assets for social media, websites, email, and print materials.
- Design artwork for digital and print use, including posters, banners, on‑site signage, and promotional materials.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and new tools, applying best practices to campaigns.
- Support internal stakeholders with marketing requirements across digital and print channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
