Job Purpose: To help and encourage customers to have a fun experience, while observing safe and sensible behaviour. To assist in serving customers at reception or café as required. To serve and upsell customers Admission, Food, Beverages and Merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Marshall the customers on Ninja Course.
- Continuously monitor Health and Safety by observing misbehaviour and act accordingly.
- Demonstrate excellence in Customer Service.
- Provide guidance to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
- Serve on the café and deliver food & beverages as required.
- Clean tables and counter surfaces.
- Take card payments.
- Ensure parties have a meet and greet as well as a farewell.
- Prepare and serve party food and contribute to the smooth running of parties in co-ordination with Party Team on shift.
- Wash up baskets and jugs as required.
- Serve on reception desk as required.
- Answer telephone and take messages.
- Provide excellence in customer relations giving guidance and support.
- Upsell merchandise items at reception.
- Assist in cleaning at end of day including vacuuming site and cleaning washrooms.
- Ensure compliance with attendance and completion of all mandatory training.
- Ensure you follow the company health and safety procedures.
- Cover as a party host where required.
