What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout the clubhouse, restaurant and bar by:

  • Welcoming customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Taking food and drink orders and serving them efficiently.
  • Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing regulations.
  • Promoting menu specials and recommending additional items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Processing orders and payments using our EPOS system.
  • Maintaining high standards of food presentation and service.
  • Setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the restaurant and bar remain clean and inviting.
  • Carrying out opening and closing procedures.
  • Following all food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Supporting the team during functions, events and busy service periods.
  • Assisting with the training and development of new team members.

  • Can remain calm and organised during busy periods.
  • Is flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Has previous hospitality or bar experience (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided).
