As a Driving Range F&B Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for members and guests. Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll combine food & beverage service with front-of-house engagement on the driving range, ensuring every visit is enjoyable, efficient, and memorable. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service from the kiosk and driving range bays
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share ideas with the team
- Support the delivery of promotions, events, and competitions on the driving range
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels across all service areas
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
