About The Role
Driving Range Experience Manager — Wycombe Heights Golf Centre. Love golf, people, and great experiences? We’re looking for an energetic, driven leader to take charge of our 24-bay TrackMan Driving Range and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience — every swing, every visit.
Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating, and managing a successful team
- Driving bay sales and food & beverage revenue
- Owning all aspects of HR and people management
- Championing the customer experience from arrival to last ball
- Bringing fresh ideas to increase engagement, footfall, and revenue
