What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a team of front-of-house and service staff
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the venue
• Creating a fun, friendly, and professional environment for guests and staff
• Managing bookings, events, and customer feedback
• Working closely with the General Manager to drive performance and innovation
