At Adventure Leisure, our purpose is simple: to create space to play and be together. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Manager to join the team at Mulligans Guildford, our flagship venue, helping us deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fun, safe and welcoming environment.

As Duty Manager, you'll take the lead during your shifts, supporting and developing the team while ensuring the venue runs smoothly. From delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards to driving sales and promoting our flagship venue within the local community, no two days will be the same.

What you'll bring:

• Experience leading and motivating a customer-facing team.
• Previous venue, leisure or hospitality management experience.
• A hands-on, positive approach with great organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confidence in managing day-to-day operations, health & safety and team performance.
