We’re looking for a Driving Range Team Leader to take our operation to the next level. This is more than a supervisory role; you’ll be acting as a key support to the Range Hospitality Manager, owning the day-to-day operation and helping shape the experience for both our customers and your team.

This isn’t just about keeping things ticking over; it’s about driving standards, building a strong team culture, and making sure everything is spot on, every time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, inspiring, and developing the team to deliver exceptional service in a fun and engaging environment.
  • Taking real ownership of the Driving Range operation, confidently stepping up in the absence of the Range Hospitality Manager.
  • Setting the standard through hands-on leadership. Leading by example every shift.
  • Creating a culture of collaboration, where the team supports each other and succeeds together.
  • Ensuring all areas consistently exceed customer's expectations.
  • Handling customer interactions with confidence, building trust and turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Driving high standards in health & safety and compliance, ensuring we’re always audit-ready.
