ROLE OVERVIEW
To work closely with the Food and Beverage team in running the food and beverage operation for the golf course; manage co-workers while maintaining excellence in quality control and excellent customer relations. Learn all aspects of the Food and Beverage Manager duties.
WORKING TOWARDS:
Maintaining existing food and beverage programmes and developing new concepts/strategies that ensure the highest possible quality of food service to meet customer expectations and assure repeat business. Identifying new market opportunities and maximising sale potential through aggressive marketing of the property's various food and beverage services and events, including flyers, newspaper, telephone, soliciting, brochures, promotional events etc.
KEY EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Experience: Hospitality and Leisure sector experience is desirable but not essential.
Skills: Good communication skills: Verbal, Written and Listening. Excellent relationship building skills to promote inclusivity and openness.
Attributes: Organised and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude and attention to detail. Enthusiastic with a positive energy that uplifts the team. Driven with a motivation to continuously improve. Trustworthy and consistent to build safe and supportive environments.
