As Club Director, you will have overall responsibility for leading the venue, the people and the performance. You will build and inspire a high-performing leadership team, turn strategy into action, and ensure every guest experience reflects our brand and values. You will balance commercial thinking with people-first leadership, using data, feedback and innovation to drive standards, growth and continuous improvement, all while protecting what makes Burhill special.

A critical part of the role will be leading the expansion and development of capital projects to evolve Burhill into becoming one of the UK's leading Golf & Leisure destinations.
