Our Food and Beverage team plays a key role in ensuring that members and guests enjoy exceptional service whether they’re dining in our restaurant, attending an event, or relaxing after a round of golf.
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for those seeking part-time work, students, or anyone looking to fit shifts around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests in the bar, restaurant, and event spaces
- Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of service areas at all times
- Support the setup and smooth running of weddings, functions, and club events
- Handle payments accurately and in line with company procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service, going above and beyond to enhance the guest experience
- Work as part of a team to maintain high standards across the Food and Beverage department
