The Role
- We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused
- Team Members to join our team at
Mulligans Guildford .
This is primarily a weekend role, so applicants must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional midweek shifts available depending on the needs of the business.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two shifts are the same.
You could be welcoming customers, serving behind the bar, preparing food, hosting groups and parties, supporting our activities or making sure the venue looks its best.
You’ll play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting sales and the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the venue.
- Welcoming customers and helping them with activities and bookings.
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Preparing and serving food.
- Hosting groups, parties and events.
- Marshalling our crazy golf courses and activity areas.
- Upselling activities, food and drinks.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Following all Health & Safety, food hygiene and company procedures.
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver a fantastic customer experience.
- What We’re Looking For
Must be aged 18 or over due to bar work.
Must be available to work weekends, including Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Flexibility to work occasional midweek shifts.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Food & Beverage experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic with a positive
